What I Am — and What I Am Not

An entrepreneur, not a fund.

When people think about acquiring a SME, they usually picture two profiles: the individual buyer who takes over a business to run it day-to-day, or the private equity fund looking to maximise an exit value within a few years. I am neither.

I have spent more over twenty-five years building, leading and transforming businesses — on the ground, in some of the most demanding markets in the world, including over two decades in China. I have been a founder. I have been an executive. I know the pressure of results, the pride of leading teams, and the weight of decisions that shape the future of dozens of people.

That is precisely why I understand what your business represents — and what it means to hand over the keys.

I am not backed by anonymous capital or institutional investors with short-term return expectations. I approach each acquisition as an entrepreneur — with my own skin in the game, a long-term horizon, and a genuine commitment to what you have built.

An entrepreneur talking to another entrepreneur. One vision, one set of values. That is how I work.
