About

After a career as an entrepreneur and C-level executive—including over twenty years in China, one of the world’s most complex markets—I now apply that same operational discipline, strategic patience, and cross-cultural insight to acquiring and growing sound SMEs.

My goal is not just financial return, but long-term stewardship for businesses with strong purpose.

My Story

In 2000, I co-founded Biocean Lab in Hangzhou, China — a natural cosmetics manufacturer, structured as a 100% foreign-owned entity at a time when joint ventures were the accepted norm. Securing that status required extensive negotiations with local authorities and was a first in the sector. I built the business, sold it successfully, then reinvested in several F&B SMEs through my holding company, Euro Express Enterprises.

I later led the China operations of Triballat-Noyal, a leading French producer of plant-based dairy alternatives, developing its production-under-licence model in China with a lean structure and disciplined profitability.

More than twenty years in China gave me far more than market knowledge — it provided a deep understanding of the mindsets, negotiation dynamics, and decision-making that shape business in complex environments. A perspective few foreign executives develop, even after decades on the ground.

I bring to every acquisition this experience, hands-on M&A expertise on both sides of the table, and the strategic patience to build for the long term.

Entrepreneur and Operator

After more than thirty years building, leading, and transforming businesses—not from a head office, but on the ground in some of the world’s most demanding markets—I now bring that same experience to acquiring and growing purpose-driven SMEs.

I’ve been a founder. I’ve been a C-level executive. I’ve experienced the pressure of delivering results, the pride of leading teams and overcoming challenges together, and the weight of decisions that shape the future of dozens of people.

That’s why I understand what your business represents—and what it truly means to hand over the keys.

Some former owners have gone further still — reinvesting alongside me in the next acquisition. Who knows, perhaps you will too.

What You Can Expect

Your Legacy, My Priority

I've been a founder. I know what it means to build something from nothing — and that's precisely why I approach every acquisition with respect, not as a transaction.

I've Been There Too

I've sat where you're sitting. I've negotiated my own exits, signed the papers, and watched someone else take over what I built. I know what questions keep you up at night — and I have honest answers.

Built to Last

I'm not looking to multiply acquisitions. I'm looking for the right ones — to steward them over the long term, with the seriousness and respect they deserve. No quick flips.
